I’m mid-40’s and just getting into mtb again now that my son is old enough to hit some trails.

I don’t recall any major spills in my younger years but today was a rough one, going over the bars, face first into gravel and dirt and spending the day in hospital getting patched up.

It got us talking about about the worst we’ve experienced and the worst we’ve witnessed so curious to hear people’s stories!
