Has anyone here in WA state gotten anywhere close to 10% MSRP when buying a 2026 CRV hybrid sport touring? And if you have, was that OTD or prior to tax/license/doc fees?

Looking into getting a 2026 CR-V Hybrid Touring, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions in terms of things to consider when negotiating with the dealership. I know OTD price is somewhat regional (though feel free to chime in with that), so I guess I'm thinking more along the lines of requesting a second key FOB be included (or third? I don't know how many come with purchase usually); stuff of that nature. Also what to make sure to avoid/push back on. I already plan on purchasing the extended warranty via Hyannis Honda.
