3 month plateau. Help?
Since February I’ve only lost 2kg, and I’m 13kg away from my target weight.
Any advice on how to change things up?
I’m 32M, 5’10 and currently 88kg, my starting weight was 118kg. My dosage is 10mg.
I try and go to the gym twice a week, which includes a 40 minute walk each way.
I have a small bowl of granola and natural yoghurt for breakfast, for lunch I have an apple, grapes and a protein bar, and for dinner I have broccoli or cauliflower with a vegetarian meat replacement.
I do have the odd snack and I’ve started to cheat a bit on weekends, could that be it?
