At the end i was trying to make him laugh more on camera, but he stops laughing as soon as he sees the camera. Guess he's camera shy 🤭
As the title reads, I studied the CompTIA Trifecta and earned it. Got a help desk job after obtaining my a+. Did that job for a year, while I was studying for my network+ and Security+. I have also done some home labs on my computer, I did windows server 2022 on VMWARE, joined it to a domain, configured group policy, added users, configured dhcp and dns, and did some troubleshooting along the way with VMWARE, and the actual windows server vm. Ive torn down and rewritten my resume several times already and tried to tailor it to the jobs I want to apply to. But I get nothing. Rarely do i ever get replies for the applications I put in. And if I do get a reply, it's a rejection letter.
I really dont know what to do, I left the help desk job over 1.5 years ago, and i dont know if having it on my resume is doing me any favors. I was a mechanic before the help desk job. And I returned to be a mechanic after leaving that job because I had to make ends meet. Since then I've changed jobs twice (both mechanic jobs). But I've been applying to IT jobs since I've left, I've only gotten 2 interviews and both didn't go through. I know that it's pretty hard to get IT jobs these days, but no replies or interview invites for over a year now? Hoping for any replies that could help out. Im just tired of being greasy all the time.
