Walking into clinics for a job, how do I sell myself with rusty skills?
Licensed cosmetologist, electrologist, and MA in Florida (No experience, just licensed). Haven’t had much luck applying, so I’m planning to start walking into derm offices/med spas. The problem is I’m out of practice. I remember the basics, but not confident hands-on right now. I’m prior military and worked in high commission sales so I 100% believe in my ability to adapt. Anyone ever gotten a job with 0 experience? What should I do? I’m getting anxious .. my educators also have been helping me search but I’m open to extra advice so I can prepare, thank you.
