what can i expect in court following a repo where i've not paid the remainder after sale of vehicle?
i have a little bit of savings (a few thousand) in a fidelity account and the rest is retirement (401k or Roth IRA). i do have good income currently but expect that to potentially change shortly as i leave my toxic job and live on savings for a bit while building my own business.
what can i expect at court? what should i do? whats the best course of action for this? they sold my camper which i VOLUNTARILY surrendered bc i no longer wanted it and couldnt sell it - they sold it for 8k which is pathetic - i paid over 32k for it just 3 years before and it was in perfect mint condition, just 4 years old.
open to any ideas of what to expect and what my best course of action is.
