May be a dumb question but.... My husband can't make the May 22 transatlantic on the QM2 that leaves from Southampton. If I call and have him removed from the booking, will I receive any penalty? Anyone ever done this before? I can just keep him on the booking if its an issue. I'm not expecting to receive any money back or anything, especially as late as it it, but I want to make sure my travel is still protected.
Also, how formal is formal? I know there are two black tie/themed nights and I have dresses for that. Is cocktail attire okay for dinner the rest of the week? How does it compare to other cruise lines?
