Thiamine (vitamin B1) has helped with IBS-C

I’ve been using liquid Thiamine for a couple of weeks. There was an article about it in the Epoch times. Will post a link below. I wanted to share this with everyone because I know how frustrating it is to be constipated. I didn’t want to live my life taking herbal laxatives and promotility supplements. For me, this has worked amazingly well!

The article mentions that some people have genetic snips that may affect thiamine metabolism. To see if that was one of my problems I put my DNA file from ancestry into Alter AI and asked it to analyze for these specific genetic mutations. Based upon what Alter AI was able to access in my DNA data, it says I don’t have a mutation affecting thiamine metabolism. Anyway, I’m throwing this out there in case somebody does have the genetic mutation and wants to check for it.

I’m not really sure the exact reason why thiamine is helping me with constipation so much but since it did, I wanted to share my success! I will test for the methane again in a couple of months and let you know the results. The last breath test I had done in February (Genova) showed methane 54 and hydrogen zero. 🤞
