The Rx Operations Lead position has been filled by someone who is useless. or maybe I just don’t understand their job description. She doesn’t help do anything. Ever. She only fills, inputs, & browses mckesson. When she’s on input & res, nothing is moving. It’s like she’s pretending to work. EVERYDAY. She makes every one else do everything else. I understand that part of the role is to delegate to us but it’s getting insufferable & she is coming off as lazy. She acts like shes too good to help the front when we are short staffed or even bring in/put up the order. When we ask for help with anything, she doesn’t help. Our pharmacy manager claims he hired her bc she has been with walmart for a long time. I don’t think that means anything. Don’t even get me started on the schedule….
