Due to the aggressive Detection off xposed and shutify modules, there isnt a stable way except creating a new account.

I found a solid workaround. Echo Player. All you need is to install this and add the Spotify extention by pasting this link inside the extention installer in the app.

Now you can listen like in the original app with lyrics and download ability until Spotfy is working again.
