Does anyone know of peps or a stack that hypothetically would help arthritis?

Specifically in the knees - I believe I may be in the early stages and it’s completely stopping me from playing any sports and it’s started to affect my leg workouts in the gym. If there’s anything that can re-grow or help slow down the break down of the cartilage between knees / strengthen ligaments etc please let me know what worked for you 💪🏽
