so basically me and my partner have a joint EBT account for the last few years and this month we didn’t get benefits. with all the stuff going on we assumed somehow we didn’t qualify anymore but i don’t feel like that’s true

here’s the timeline

- approached time to resubmit paystubs

- only asked for my partners paystubs and not mine

- we get an account aged status after using all of our ebt like we do every month

- no benefits for april

any ideas? do we need to just call?
