In February, the Egg stall of Subhash Rathore, which he ran for 35+ years, was destroyed by Hindu-extremist RWA members of a Delhi locality. Now, those Hindu-extremists are blaming the Muslim community for the destruction after an FIR was filed against them by Subhash's son
New Delhi: For the past one and a half months, tension has persisted in the Onkar Nagar area of Tri Nagar, with claims of a demographic shift and migration of Hindu residents. However, FOEJ Media’s on-ground reporting presents a different picture.
According to Jatin, son of Subhash Rathore, the situation escalated on the night of February 21, 2026, around 8:30 PM, when a group of individuals allegedly vandalised his father’s egg cart, which had been run for over 35 years. Subhash was also reportedly assaulted during the incident.
Jatin said that individuals identified as Sachin, Ashwani, and Manish, allegedly members of the RWA, arrived with others and carried out the attack. He added that a police complaint (FIR) was subsequently filed.
He further alleged that the incident was later given a communal angle, with blame shifted onto members of the Muslim community. According to him, it was falsely portrayed that Muslims were responsible for the vandalism, and such claims were being made to suppress the attack while also spreading baseless assertions about a rise in the Muslim population in the area.
He stated that no arrests have been made so far and asserted that he will continue his fight until justice is delivered.
