I am learning and improving

I cut the soy sauce down, added garlic and honey . The tast of the food just improved, so much .

Also, i learned that "tast when you cook" is very important, it is literally a game changer.

It is wild how it goes from "i don't have a single clue what i am doing" to "okay wait i might know what i'm doing a little"

My fridge is stocked and i didn't have a single random snack all week .

I am so happy

You don't have to have big wins, Small Wins Still Count

Didn't overhaul my life today. didn't build some perfect system either.

I just completed a task i was avoiding for a week. There wasn't a sudden burst of motivation i just sat down and did it . And that was enough to make my day better .

You just have to do one small thing and the brain just overtakes the rest .

I don't think every things need to be perfect or optimized , you just need to do things to get unstuck .
