Truancy letter for my kindergarten son, state of Iowa

My son is 5 years old, learning English and Spanish and struggles with speech delay. During December, January, February I did not send him to school many days because he was getting bullied and the kids who speak well always blamed my son. They would throw snow in his clothes, send him home all wet and cold and upset. Kick his legs, kick his privates, push him, shove him, take his lunch. I expressed my concerns to the teacher all she would say is she didn’t notice anything. The situation continued throughout January nearly a month later was when my son confessed everything to me. Until I came rough towards the teacher and mean was until she spoke to My son. The principal would refuse to look at cameras unless he had a date and an exact time. At the truancy meeting I expressed concerns, they would always say they never saw anything weird or course.
Now I’m scared, to go to jail. My citation is on the 16th at 8am. I’m currently 5 months pregnant so I’m scared and terrified, ever since the school fixed the issue my son has only missed 3-4 days of school this whole semester. He goes everyday, I do send him in late as I work all the way in cedar rápids 12 hour shifts and get home very late and I don’t have help or support at the moment to take him on time everyday to school.
