Hey everyone, i got my print in and was going to frame it when i noticed the signature was smudged. When i went to wipe it seeing if maybe the silvery color around just needed brushed off the signature came off even more.. do i just leave it be, wipe it off completely or contact the artist? I feel wrong asking for a new print considering its in fine condition minus a corner being a little bent when i got it in but im really sad how easily it started to come off.

As mentioned in the title. I got this frame in the mail and i cant get these spots off. I tried a wet paper towel and it didnt do anything. Should i just return it or is there a way to clean this? Thanks!
