Entered my apartment for an "emergency" (Los Angeles, CA)

I have lived in this building for 9 years and up until last year we had an amazing landlord. The building was bought and the new people deeply do not care about the tenants. This is an email I sent last week documenting everything that happened over the course of a week.

My plan is to ask for 25% next month's rent + they change the locks, but I've never had to do something like this before. Do I have a case? The "emergency" seems so vague to me and it was so invasive to come home to a giant hole in my bedroom wall with zero context.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Saw another post asking about it and this was only way I could figure out how to share the video! Missed the start because I was too excited that they were playing it. My sister and I quoted this verbatim when we were younger and you can hear us cracking up throughout
