What phone do I get to upgrade from iQOO Z5 5G (2022 bought)?

My iQOO Z5 has been ruined with updates and these companies are desperate to get me to buy a new one.

My budget is 30-45k. I have a 12+256 variant and I still want a 12GB RAM variant in my new one so that's a thing too. I want a better camera than this and I don't game a lot or even a little so gaming compromise is fine. I want a great display though and 144/165Hz display is preferrable as I already have 120Hz on my current one.

I have looked at OnePlus Nord 5, Nord 6, Nord CE 5, Nord CE6, 13R and iQOO Neo 10... I am open to switching to OnePlus.

Tried Superyou Protein Wafer for the first time!

This is my first time eating a Protein Wafer. I had got Superyou ads and its popularity on my feed due to Ranveer and Dhurandhar so I was waiting to try it out.

I ate it today and it was disappointing to say the least. The cookies and cream flavour felt artificial.. there was no crunch, it literally just crumbled like powder in my mouth. It had a weird aftertaste as well. idk why this happened, I had to eat a mango afterwards to get rid of the taste.

I expected better, also are all protein wafers this bad??
