How did you start your career as a graphic designer? What ways did you use to find clients? I've been struggling lately to apply because most of the job postings require an experience. Some would explicitly say NO BEGINNERS. So, how did you land your first client? What was your position or niche?
I attempted again today na gumawa ng Bavarian doughnut pero yung dough mismo yung problema ko. I followed the exact ingredients and measurements online pero palpak pa rin. My major problems are;
Kahit ilang flour na ang i-add ko, malagkit pa rin tapos very runny na parang slime. Mahirap ihulma.;
Hindi umalsa. Paano ba umalsa ang dough? Siguro maling yeast yung nagamit ko? sa palengke kasi nabili. Lalagyan ko pa ba ng baking powder?
Ingredients for the dough na ginamit ko;
80ml condensed milk
about 80ml of water
30 grams sugar
1 egg
3 grams yeast
initially 2 cups flour, tapos ilang cups pa para hindi malagkit.
1 tsp bread improver.
