Hi, can anybody let me know if this is an easy fix?

I have a vanmoof s3 2021 with only 11 miles on, however it has an error 44 code, I’m in the UK.

Is there a reason for the common e shifter problem or is there something I can do to try and fix this as the bike literally has not been used at all.
