So my PC rice cooker finally died after ~15 years and now I can't figure out what to get now. I'm not looking for anything special and due to pricing I've narrowed it down to the below models that I can get locally in Canada.

1. Tiger JNP-1500 ($190)

2. Tiger JAZ-A18U ($140)

3. Midea MB-FS5017 ($90)

4. Hamilton Beach from best buy ($70). Seems quite similar to my old PC one.

I guess the main difference between the two Tiger models is, one is made in Japan and other in China. Zojirushi would be more than I'm willing to pay for, although I know it will last a lifetime.

Just can't decide, anyone have feedback on the Midea cookers?

Mainly used for cooking jasmine rice.
