Iceberg can use Kaio-Ken up to x20 with no problems thanks to mastering the control of his Ki and he has his own version of the Golden and Black forms Frieza has where instead of Gold, Iceberg becomes green and instead of Black, he becomes red. The forms are called Emerald Iceberg and Crimson Iceberg respectively.

1. Obviously fly

2. Has mastered his ki to being about to go up to x20 Kaio-Ken with no problems.

3. His main beam attack uses his mouth like Recoome's Eraster Gun.

4. Has strong physical attacks which can be used for strong combos along with all energy based techniques he learned how to use over the years.

Sequel to my Frieza Race's backstory post and since his true form's based on a pterosaur as similar to Giran, here's what Iceberg would roughly look like using Giran as a baseline

My Frieza Race character Iceberg is from a timeline where Buu was hatched early. Iceberg is a mutant like Frieza and has a ton of potential in power like Frieza and has a pure heart like Goku, Iceberg escaped to Earth to avoid being killed by Frieza or King Cold and Iceberg became friends with Goku and the Z-Fighters and at the event while Goku fought Frieza and King Cold on Earth. Babidi and his minions showed up and managed to gather enough energy from Goku, Frieza and King Cold during their battle released Buu, so Frieza and King Cold did a truce with Goku the Z-Fighters to try to stop Buu while Iceberg fought Buu first, but was quickly killed and after awhile Iceberg was revived and brought to TokiToki City by Trunks and the Supreme Kai of Time and being grateful for a second chance of like Iceberg became a Time Patroller and his story would have him deal with Babidi and Bibidi throughout his story take place sometime before the events of XV1. Unlike Frieza who needed 3 forms to surpress his power, Iceberg only needed one, his surpress form would be similar to Frieza's 3rd form including the elongated head, and Iceberg's true form would be based on a chubby pterosaur similar looking to Giran from og Dragon Ball.
