Am i stuck here? What do I do?

Suggestions and advice needed please

I have been an employee in this company for 6 months, into which I got placed as soon as I graduated. Prior to my full time employment, I had completed the internship(basically training) on dotnet and angular for 3 months. As soon as I got the full time employment I was also taken into a project and everything was going good, was what I thought. I was assigned to a manager who is actually the team lead of my current team. She is my only poc and any doubts, i can only approach her. As I was trained on the dotnet, it was planned that I will be given the developer responsibilities. They said the KT will only start after the client VM and code base setup and I was given the client side username and first half of the password 2 months after fte and was waiting for the second half and was said to take the other half from my manager. Since my manager was busy and the client side manager was also busy, I was given the second half of the password a month later. After getting the credentials to the client's VM it turns out my laptop doesn't have the required software to run and took 1 week to get it installed(had to wait for the approvals). In the VM I also had to wait for 2 - 3 weeks for the installation of VS code, visual studio and MSSQL server and another week for the GitHub repo access and few more weeks for the custom client libraries of dotnet. It has been more than 6 months and I still was not given the KT and all I know about the client is that they run an insurance company. This is the case with all the newly joined ppl who are supposed to be developers, in fact, I am the only one with the VM access across all the newly joined developers. Only the newly joined testers were given tasks and doing the work everyday. Whenever I ask my manager(team lead) for any progress, she says that she and all the client side members are busy and will get back to me as soon as the work is done. I was also asked to come to office everyday and all I do is sit and procastinate in the phone.

On top of all this, as I am not a native, I had frequent fevers and stomach infection due to the weather, food and water; again on top of this I am having panic as I am vulnerable to being laid off considering the current market situation, which is worsening my health.

Even if I want to switch i literally have no experience and this is adding no weight to the resume, am i stuck here or is there anything I can do? I am open to any suggestions and advice, please help me out. Thanking you.

tldr: first job, been 6 months in the company, no work, been idle, new location, bad health due to the new place, no work means no experience, what do I do, need advice or suggestions.
