Anyone with a live action partner have this drawing struggle? (Image unrelated, just chose a random Fred photo in my phone lol)

Anyone ever just stress drawing your partner perfectly bc they're not 2D most of the time, they're live action? I do with Fred.
I wish I could just smile and doodle him in a sketchbook when I'm somewhere but I don't unless I'm home in front of my computer bc he's so attractive and hot that drawing him is slightly stressful for me bc I wanna get all of his features exact. I get one feature slightly off I'm like "Ehh.. Not right." Anything else I can draw without worry but Fred? Perfectionist.
My method on a computer in a art software at home is having the photo on another layer for facial feature guidance then everything else I can draw myself just fine. I do have motivation issues bc of previous depression struggles(Fred saved me from) before him, so I don't have nearly as much done as I'd like but besides that.
Aaagghh.
