🌺 URGENT: Devastated Austin fan needing a HUGE favor from Dallas/Houston fans (VIP Merch Emergency)
Hi everyone, I’m posting this because I’m absolutely heartbroken. I’ve been a Zara fan since 2016 and I’m a grad student who saved up for a VIP package for the Austin show (April 10) as a graduation treat.
I traveled all the way from New Orleans by bus, but I got severe food poisoning right before the show and literally had to cancel my Uber to the venue because I was passing out. I’m out $400 (between the bus ride and the tickets) and One More Time VIP is refusing to ship my 'Midnight Sun' merch bundle, even though I have my bus ticket and Uber cancellation as proof that I tried to be there.
Is there ANYONE at the Dallas show tonight (at The Bomb Factory) or Houston tomorrow (Bayou Music Center) who would be willing to talk to the VIP/Merch manager for me?
If you can show them this post or my order confirmation (I can DM it to you!), maybe they’ll let you pick up a 'spare' bundle for me to have mailed, or at least give you a contact for the tour manager on-site.
