Day 18 - April 1865
The Year is 1865.. With world tension rising across the world, it wasn't a secret that another great war would commence.
However, this war will shape how the world will look like, in the next following decades.
This war will be the biggest, most deadliest conflict known to man. And it will be called, the Great War.
Two factions fight against each other, ACTO and Cerulean, but only one will rise from the shadows.
As countries mobilize, a blank shot is fired in France.
The great war.
Has begun.
Current Conflicts:
War of 1863 (U.K. vs U.S.A.): Fort Garry has fallen to American forces, who now push north along the shore of lake Winnipeg in an attempt to link up with the Seventh Army driving through Saskatchewan. British forces meanwhile reclaim ground in Northern British Columbia. Around Lake Superior, the front has stabilized with Thunder Bay holding against First Army pressure. In the Caribbean, U.S. naval forces have secured coastal British Guiana but face stiffening resistance pushing south. u/The_RetroGameDude ; u/ExplanationScared351
Australian Independence War (U.K. and Russia vs Australia): Russian forces have established beachheads at Cape York, Adelaide and Gold Coast following coordinated Baltic Fleet landings along the Australian coastline. Central African Civil War (Central Africa vs Mozambique, Spain and Portugal): In the Union of Central Africa, pro-Spanish forces have taken over Mozambique after Madrid announced its intention to fold back the territory into the Spanish Empire. u/challengerun23YOMEST

The Great War (ACTO vs Cerulean) After years of world tension rising, everyone has had enough of each other. The great war has started, with two factions currently leading the charge. ACTO(making up of Brazil, France, Netherlands, Spain, USA, Austria, Germany, Louisiana, Sweden-Norway) Cerulean(UK, Russia, Mexico, CSA, Japan, Colombia, HME(some members))

- German Confederation is established currently making up of Austria and Germany.
- Austria created trucks(and yes i know the saudis did this too)
- Austria signed non agression pacts with italy and russia.
- Suez Canal was completed
- Costa Rican Canal was completed
- A new flag of Costa Rica established
- New flags for British Colonies
- The Scandinavian Confederation was formed

Imperial Proclamation – Adoption of the Social Democratic Constitution (1864)
Issued by the Government of the Austrian Empire
By the will of His Imperial Majesty Franz Joseph I, and in recognition of the evolving needs of the people, the Empire hereby proclaims the adoption of a new Social Democratic Constitution, marking a historic transformation in the governance of the state.
A New Foundation for the Empire
This Constitution establishes a system in which the strength of the Empire is built not only upon imperial authority, but upon the well-being, representation, and rights of its citizens.
While the Emperor remains Head of State, the governance of the Empire shall now reflect the principles of:
- Social justice
- Economic fairness
- Democratic participation

Its August 1917, Germany and Austria-Hungary have already pushed into our motherland, causing high unrest. Within the high unrest, many resistance/independence movies haven taken arms, either trying to unite their region or the entirety of russia.
But it's your turn to decide, will you create a major revolution within the motherland? Or will you fail, and be remembered by none.
Welcome to the Russian Civil War.
Rules:
You can start as any faction, both fictional or real(as long as it's not too extreme I guess)
You have multiple stats:
Divisions - What you can attack with
Army Modernization - Makes your army stronger
Navy - Can be used to defend your coast(if you have one) or create Naval invasions
Economy - Can be used to create navy, bribe people into your army, or any other creative idea you have.
Stability - Basically war support, will cause high unrest.
You start with 3 divisions, 3 Army Modernization, 3 economy, and 5 Stability.
You can develop any of these stats in anyway you want(ex. searching for oil to get better economy), however if you are creating something or are doing something that would probably require money to fund, it will cost you economy.
You can form diplomacy with any other players(users) but they both must agree. You can also do diplomacy with the ai like Germany and any other ai that isn't in the map.
You get 3 actions, you can attack, or develop one of your stats.
Secret actions, secret actions are where you message me your action and then I will do it, secretly, without any other player knowing. This can be very useful for invasions against other players.
For your country, provide a flag and name, it makes the nrp more realistic.
