Anyone have experience with Strattera and Prozac?

I'm a 29f recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. I was Strattera initially and overall experienced positive effects but absolutely crashed the week or so before my cycle would start. As a result I elected to go off Strattera thinking it didn't really work for me. And switched to Concerta and Prozac starting 14 days before my cycle. The Prozac was amazing and I was able to feel like myself for a an entire month! However, I have ongoing heart issues and I'm getting a racing heart from it which is not great.

So I'm hoping to go back on Strattera and then Prozac potentially everyday at 10mg because it's just helping me so much to stay continually stable everyday without crying all the time. Is it safe to be on both at the same time? Any personal experience with this combo would be so appreciated!

Strattera to Concerta

Last week I switched from 80mg of Strattera to 27mg of Conerta. I'm a 29f recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. I had very few side effects on Strattera and had some positive effects but the week before my cycle started I was a complete mess and emotionally all of the place. My doc then took my off Strattera but thinking I shouldn't have. I feel Basically nothing on concerta with some background anxiety and unease. She put me on 14 days of prozac which has been amazing for my mood. I guess I want to see if anyone has been on Starttera and prozac and if thats been a positive experience?
