My brother has down syndrome and I'm currently in the hospital.

We set up his checking account as A by B with his name being first and mine second.

Is he allowed to withdraw funds without me. It's his money and all the deposited funds are in his name

I've got some serious car issues and my rent man wants his money. I've tried numerous times to get a loan but have been ghosted after I turn in my id. I have to have a car to get to work and to get my mom to radiation. Thanks

I just got paid but now I need a new tire so I can get back and forth. I would like to also build some trust.
