I had my first Ocrevus infusion 5 months ago and have felt great since. I have a little less than a month before my next infusion and I have noticed a significant increase in my fatigue and other chronic symptoms. Since I am new to this therapy, I was hoping others could offer me some insight if this is sort of the expected course as the medication wanes over time and your immune system starts to reboot.
