I am playing Chess.com on 5g+ internet with 4ms delay but I still keep losing to US and Canadian players during a time scramble. Every premove I make takes away 0.4 seconds while every premove they make takes away 0.1 seconds. There was a game I was up 4 seconds in a time scramble and somehow he still flagged me even though we were both premoving all the way.

I'm only 2200 so it doesnt really bother me too much but it sucks to know that someone who's actually worse then you taking a bunch of free wins off other players just because the premove feature is inconsistent for players
