I've been connecting to a headless system running 24.06 for ages using Remmina both on my laptop running Ubuntu and a Chromebook. Neither work since updating to 26.04 on the headless system. I did put a monitor on it long enough to ensure the Gnome remote desktop features were enabled. gnome-remote-desktop status reports:
