I don't think they are single driven ice zombies like in the show, in the prologue the Other's laughed and The one one who fought Royce lazily shattered his blade, so they have their own behaviors i think, George said said he doesn't know if they have a culture, I don't know what that means, maybe they are ice wrapped corrupted humans so anything they have comes from their previous humanity

Think characters like Ramsay, Cersei or Littlefinger for example

I thought i would have been funny if fAegon died an underwhelming death without revealing if he is the actual son of Rhaegal
