I run a small business but will be moving around the country in the coming years. I've heard about Bank Lockbox Services where you can have clients pay you at that address and they'll scan and deposit the money to your account that you have with them. I'm interested in what the pricing is for different banks for these types of services as they keep this information off their websites and they typically want all of your information over the phone to even get a bit of information. I can keep changing my invoice addresses as I move but as we all know... Having your client send payments to a new address can be challenging... This would be a one time change hopefully if it's cost effective. I am willing to change banks for the best services or pricing.
Note: I've also looked into virtual mailboxes with check deposit services but they are typically around $5 or more per check and I have around 600 or so checks per year to deposit. Spending $3,000 on check depositing not including the virtual mailbox monthly fee seems a bit steep.
