If you haven't seen this film, I highly recommend you watch it. It's on Youtube. One of Balachander and Rajini's finest and one of my favourite films. Very depressing but if you are a Rajini fan, it's a must watch.

Whenever I meet someone who says Rajini cannot show emotion well, I point them to this film and Mullum Malarum. The songs are also fantastic.
