Lately I’ve been noticing that even after sleeping 7–8 hours, I still wake up feeling tired sometimes 😩 Like body is awake, but mind still wants one more lifetime of sleep.

Maybe it’s stress, screen time, overthinking, bad routine, or just adult life doing its thing 🥲 Earlier sleep used to fix everything, but now sometimes even proper sleep doesn’t feel enough.

Then whole day feels low energy, no motivation, and even small tasks feel heavy.

I’m trying to drink more water, reduce phone at night, and sleep on time, but still some days feel the same.

Does this happen with anyone else too? What actually helped you feel fresh after waking up? Need some real tips please 💛
