Hey everyone im planing on doing a Borderlands 1 video soon. What character would do the highest crit damage possible in 1 shot. I think its Mordecai but some might argue Lilith. Let me know what you guys think!

Also if anyone is avaliable to drop some gear recommendations it would be appreciated! Or teach me how to mod gear in (base game gear with perfect parts)
