So I just received a job offer and everything is looking pretty good except when I get to the pto , it’s worded as follows:

1 week pto accrual starts at 90 days
2 weeks @ 6000hrs
3 weeks @ 20000hrs
4 weeks @ 40000hrs

Now English isn’t my first language so sometimes I have to read something twice to understand it, but am I understanding this correctly if I interpret it as in I need to work 40000 hrs to accrue 4 weeks of pto??

Cause if that’s the case it’s ridiculous and on top of that in my current job I get FTO, basically as much time off as I want within reason.
