So many amazing things have happened for me this month, I’ve been granted additional accommodation for my test coming up, I’ve been approved for a project management certification, I’ve been offered a job in the crazy job market! But for some reason I’ve struggled with gratitude, after some reflection I realised I have been bracing a lot, fearful, scared and anxious as of recent so I can’t connect to the abundance of good things that have happened!
If you’re struggling to be grateful it may be because your body is holding a lot of tension, in which case try practices like Progressive Muscle Relaxation and breathwork to release some tension and draw you closer to authentic gratitude ❤️
