For those who constantly ask this question. Here’s your answer
“For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.”
Romans 2:14-16 ESV
So the persons who 100% have no knowledge of Jesus Christ at all by God’s perfect wisdom and insight of the heart they will be judged that way as this verse provides.
These are them whom will say “Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”
Matthew 25:37-40 ESV. Obviously they will call him Lord because on that day every knee will bow and confess that he is Lord, but their statement shows ignorance of who he actually is. A Christian/Follower of Christ would not ask these questions.
