Racehorse Sites in Osaka/Kyoto?

I’m going to visit Kyoto and Osaka this July, and while I plan on visiting the racecourses, they’re gonna be kinda dead since its too hot for the horsies- do you guys know of any retirement farms for racehorses that are near Kyoto or Osaka?
