Every day it’s the same shit, someone blocks traffic on Delta Water heading towards Crater Lake Hwy. Attempting to make a left turn into the car wash parking lot, crossing over a double yellow and two lanes of active traffic. It consistently causes multiple cars to miss the traffic light ahead and it’s dangerous. The city needs to do something about this.
