I’m 19, I’ve been working at a surgery center as an “aide”/housekeeper for a little over a year now

My employers/coworkers are all supportive and encouraging about me pursuing the career, they said an online course would be easiest/cheapest, since it’s not hands-on (For my certification)

And since I work in a surgery center already, I’ll still be getting hands-on experience/training in a way. Is it worth going the online route? Thank you
