Uneven floor

Getting ready to put my house up for sale in Weeki Wachee. Built in 1978. Living room floor slopes some so we had it inspected. Choices were raise up to even the floor or underpinning to stabilize. Since all doors and windows opened normally we chose underpinning as raising the house risked then having windows, sliding glass doors, and all other doors being off.

It's not a sinkhole. Just "settling". How I wish it was a sinkhole, then insurance would have paid for the underpinning.

Is providing proof of the work done sufficient in terms of disclosure?
