Hey! So from my Zio I know my heart rate averages at 105 my highest was at 180 and my lowest was at 50 when sleeping. I should get a full update soon regarding my full Zio results. This is from my mom friend was a coworker and still works there. Just a sneak peak. This is a bit of what my mom told my husband as we share a car and she picks him up from work since I work in another county from where we live (different work hours as well). Hoping to get full results soon.

I never have felt like I have over exerted myself till today as yesterday I went and got a haircut then drove all the way to Roanoke (central Va here) which was an hour and a 2 minutes. We went to a place called Thunder Valley I’d compare it to a Putt Putt with go carts arcade games golf and a bowling area. It was a friend’s birthday and they used to go as a kid as this place has been around since the 90’s as it’s local and not a chain.
I would describe it like sort of going into five nights at Freddie’s mixed with chuckee Cheese but a bit rundown. Had a lot of fun but did a lot of standing and activity like the bowling I got really into and it was also hot 🥵. When we were playing golf I got one tachycardia notification from 4:59pm to 5:09pm with my heart rate starting at 118 going up to 126 BPM and another one while we were at dinner at 8:24pm-8:24pm starting at 113-124. Then I drove back home which was an hour and 2 minutes back. Got home at 11am usually a night owl but went to bed early.
This morning I woke up at 8am to use the restroom (electrolytes have been doing this) then went back to bed and woke up just to turn my 10am alarm off and I didn’t realize I went back to sleep. My husband has to wake me up and I only had 30 minutes to get ready to go to therapy. I’m still tired now and my legs and body have been heavy all day so far. More my legs now as I had a cup of tea to wake up a bit more and ate lunch. I’ve learned my lesson. I could nap right now but I’m not. Anyone else have this experience? No lightheadedness just fatigue.
This is just part of my HR log..I don’t know how I didn’t notice it before. My friends question how I’m alive. I only have mild symptoms I also suspect IST though..
Hello! An update for those that have been following my journey on here.
Saw the cardiologist and reported all known symptoms I wrote down. He confirmed mild pots/autonomic dysfunction. He did not change the diagnosis to Pots and it still says palpitations (hypertension) but he did confirm it verbally that it’s a mild form of Pots. My zio patch is still processing but he should get it soon. He is going to do an Echocardiogram (June 8th) to make sure it’s nothing else though (he thinks it may be overkill but wanted to make sure). I have a follow up in a year or if it gets worse I can let him now. He said to increase salt, staying upright a majority of the day, and adding walking/cardio exercise as well. I’m just glad I got a verbal confirmation. I’m am at peace with this visit today. My symptoms are not bad enough for a beta blocker or calcium block yet.
I had one cup of coffee and have been sitting at my desk. My Apple Watch gave me a high heart rate message
The graph on my health app shows:
From 11:28am-11:38am
122, 120, 123, 122
Do I have to cut a regular cup of coffee out 😭 that starts my morning. I am currently undiagnosed but going to cardiology tomorrow after sending my results from the poor man’s table tilt I did at home. Already waiting for Zio patch info to get to my PCP as well and had that for 2 weeks.
So this has only happened once but I was at the endocrinologist as my client had an appt that I help with transportation. I had been drinking Mio hydrate (I know not a lot of sodium) and I had went to go to the bathroom and I started having palpitations and tremors while on the toilet and the hr was over 120 and when I got up and walked to
The sink it had increased. I had no pain or any other symptoms. I eventually calmed down and electrolytes did help some. I was pretty exhausted afterwards. This has only happened 1 time (knocking on wood) but this is before I had my zip out on. Do you think this was an adrenaline dump? I have been diagnosed my my PCP with intermittent tachycardia and a cardiologist appt Wednesday as I did a poor man’s table tilt test (42 laying down 10
Minutes the stood up 90-100-111-112-122-124) sent that to my doctor and he put the cardiology referral in. Wanted to know if it would be good to mention this as well.
