Looking for some advice and to hear anyone experiences with building a modular house.
I have space on my land where I am currently living , we’ve just outgrown the house and looking to build a large modular home. Is it very unlikely to get planning permission for this ? And anyone living in a modular home , how is it going? I’ve been looking at the steel framed ones.
