How do Kindred who want to live long and not just die in a Frenzy or become a Wight deal with their bane on a nightly basis?

How does a Brujah who doesn't want to just give into the Beast deal with it every night? It's not that they're a pacifist. It's just that raging all the time is incovenient and can easily get you killed or worse.

What could a Brujah use as an outlet for their rage? Venting to their sire, punching walls, friendly roughhousing, journaling...?

I'm talking about the standard Brujah rage bane, btw. I don't quite understand the alternative bane on a roleplaying level.

Without raising any alarms, I mean. The childe in this case is a Sheriff.

Since he is a Sheriff, I figure he has more options than the average Kindred. Could he just kill his sire and then go "I shall investigate what happened... whoops, turns out he fell down the stairs, case closed"?

His sire is not a well-connected Kindred or anything. So it's unlikely someone would care enough to investigate, tbh.
