Are there any serious stories with only good or, at worst, neutral characters, in them? (read description)

So what I mean by this. Basically do y'all know how there are some stories, that are serious, which have no good people in them? Just evil or, at best, neutral? One of my favorite examples that come to my head is Katana Zero (an incredible video game by the way), where certain characters at best are neutral but it mostly has evil characters especially the main cast. And it remains a serious story.

So I'm thinking if there is the opposite. Basically do you guys know a serious story that, only has morally good people, or at worst, neutral people? And, of course, when I say a serious story, you get what I mean. Children's media with light hearted stories don't really count towards this in my opinion. But yes, are there stories like this? With serious story, actual conflicts, etc.

So people always yap about villains who actually enjoy/have fun doing evil things. But what about the opposite: name heroes you know of that actually enjoy doing good actions?

I mean heroes that actually have fun doing good deeds, almost like it's a hobby.

Does sugar and carbs really make you age faster?

I have been wondering this. I hear people saying how it makes you age faster or something. It this even true? I started to kinda worry as I try to optimize slowing aging, while not really giving up fully on foods that have sugar or carbs. Thanks for any answers.
