Tablet for patient who lives in assisted living?

Hello! I'm looking for some suggestions for a dementia friendly tablet. My mom lives in memory care facility in FL, while I live in PA. Since she is in the memory care wing, she is not allowed to have a phone, but they said she could have tablet.

However, my mom does not want to be there and will take any chance to escape. So I need to find a tablet that can be used to access gaming apps, youtube, and a way to video chat my siblings and I. BUT cannot be used to call a taxi or uber, or try to call 911 or something like that. Some thing that I can access and monitor with out being in FL with her.

I've googled it and have seen some options, but it's a little overwhelming, and I'm just curious what other people's experiences have been if they got a tablet like that for their loved one with dementia.

Edit: I see a lot of people commenting about the person not being able to use the tablet. My mom is only 64 and was using a smart phone and tablet before an infection got to her brain. She was always playing games and watching things on YouTube. At the moment, she is currently still very much with it mentally. When I talk to her, she remembers almost everything except the things that have happened since the infection (short term memory loss at the moment) I know that’s this could change quickly, and over time the tablet may not be a good option anymore, but if I can help her pass the time with something entertaining while her memory is still mostly there, I would like to.
