All over this subreddit I see people constantly saying "Well so and so is the top player and they do this!" To justify doing things they shouldn't.

That's great that one guy who's #1 can get away with doing stuff, but they're playing in a different lobby in different situations than 99.9% of actual players. The top of the top is such a tiny sliver of the player base.

Think of it this way, would you coach a bronze player the same way you would a GM player? I wouldn't. Their lobbies are going to be way different. Same thing applies here man, listen to advice from others, not just the top whatever on YouTube
