To keep the post brief, Bio mom pulled 7 year old out of public school to "homeschool" instead. No education has been provided and the child is socially isolated as well.

The child is unable to read, will still potty on themselves, and doesn't interact much outside the direct family.

What, if any, can be done about this? They had an open case a few months back about DV but the child was returned and the case was closed. (The DV absolutely happens but the mother denied it)
